We are looking for a

Business Development Executive (BDE)

with a strong interest in

Marketing and Business Development . The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with prospects, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify

leads

through various channels and identify potential clients. Support

business development and marketing initiatives

to drive recent opportunities. Conduct

market research and competitor analysis

to identify trends and potential business opportunities. Engage with prospects through

calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels . Maintain and regularly update

lead and customer databases/CRM . Assist in preparing

presentations, marketing materials, proposals, and reports . Follow up with prospects and support the lead through the initial stages of the sales cycle.



Coordinate with internal teams to support

business development activities and client requirements . Track lead status, follow-ups, and business development activities and provide regular updates.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in

BBA, Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field; MBA is an added advantage. 1–2 years of experience

in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role. Excellent

verbal and written communication skills . Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in interacting with

clients and prospects . Basic understanding of

B2B sales, marketing, lead generation, and business development . Good

research, presentation, and analytical skills . Proficiency in

MS Office/Google Workspace ; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to

learn and take ownership .
