Nalla Malayalam is a Malayalam Learning Academy and Educational Book Publisher, helping children and families learn, read, and connect with Malayalam.

We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Kodakara, Thrissur.

What You’ll Do
Connect with customers through phone calls
Understand their needs and recommend the right Malayalam courses and books
Explain our products clearly in Malayalam and English
Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales
Build positive, long-term relationships with customers

Who We’re Looking For
Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Friendly, positive, and persuasive communication style




Customer-focused with a genuine interest in helping people
Sales experience is an advantage, but enthusiasm and communication skills matter most

Job Location Kodakara, Thrissur — Work from Office
