Inbound Sales Executive

Location: Noida

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to handle incoming customer inquiries, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Explain product/service features, pricing, and advantages.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Convert qualified leads into sales.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year to 6 years of experience in inbound sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer-handling and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Qualified and confident communication style.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
