Night Shift Receptionist – USA Shift

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Night Shift Receptionist to handle customer communications for our U.S.-based operations.

Responsibilities:
Receive and manage incoming phone calls.
Schedule and manage customer appointments.
Respond to emails and customer inquiries.
Take and relay messages accurately.
Filter spam, robocalls, and irrelevant inquiries.
Maintain call, appointment, and customer records.
Escalate significant issues to the appropriate team member.

Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Professional phone and email communication skills.
Basic computer and email knowledge.
Positive multitasking and organizational skills.
Comfortable working U.S. night shifts.
Previous receptionist, customer service, or appointment-setting experience is preferred.
