Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Kannada and English preferred; knowledge of Hindi/Tamil/Telugu will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in Visual Merchandise, store, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or similar categories preferred.
Strong interest and enthusiasm for sales.
Customer-focused and confident personality.
Ability to work in a retail/store workplace and stand for extended periods.
Should be target-oriented, punctual, and presentable.
Freshers with robust communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
