We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales & Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our tax and compliance services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
Explain EasyTax services such as ITR Filing, GST Registration, GST Services, Tax Consultancy, Tax Compliance, Accounting, and other business compliance services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Generate recent leads through calling, online research, and social media.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.




Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including WhatsApp, Excel, and email.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
