Present the company’s product portfolio, pricing, schemes, and promotional activities to potential and existing clients.
Generate current business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to generate repeat orders and maintain long-term business relationships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, product demand, pricing, and customer requirements.
Manage sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate and resolve distributor/client complaints and product-related queries.
