HR Recruiter

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and manage bulk hiring for Sales, BDE, Telecalling, and Field Sales roles.

Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, social media, and referrals.
Screen candidates and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews, offers, documentation, and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and meet monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:
Graduate/BBA/MBA or relevant degree.
1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Experience in Sales/BDE/Field Sales hiring is an advantage.
Good English communication and candidate-handling skills.
Target-oriented and organized approach.
