Science Program Designer | Param Foundation
Location: Bangalore | In office
Design hands-on, inquiry-led sessions, workshops, camps and programs for Params experiential learning centres.
Turn ideas into practical, facilitator-ready experiences.
Prototype, pilot and refine programs.
Create session plans, facilitation guides and materials.
Work with Content, Research and Centre teams.
Observe and improve programs based on visitor and facilitator feedback.
Support current and flagship program formats.
Qualification: Background in learning design, education or science communication. Experience with hands-on learning, workshops or children’s programs is preferred.
