Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Job Requirements
B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience exclusively in project planning, scheduling, estimation and coordination.
Solid experience in planning and monitoring residential and commercial construction projects.
Excellent knowledge of project planning methodologies, construction schedules site coordination and resource planning.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6 or other latest project planning software is essential., & Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and other relevant construction/project management software.
Knowledge of the latest AI tools and technology for project planning, reporting and analysis will be an advantage.
Robust & productive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project schedules, baseline programmers and execution plans.
Develop and monitor Weekly, monthly and overall project schedules.




Track actual progress against planned progress and identify delays or deviations.
Prepare S-curves, progress reports, look-ahead schedules and MIS reports.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors and other stakeholders.
Assist in estimation, quantity analysis and resource planning.
Monitor manpower, material and equipment requirements against project schedules.
Identify critical activities and prepare recovery plans wherever required.
Analyse project delays and provide timely inputs for corrective actions.
Maintain proper planning documentation and project records.
Ensure effective coordination between planning, execution, procurement and billing teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
