Position: Sales Supervisor

Reports To: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day activities of the assigned floor.
Ensure proper display, arrangement, pricing and availability of products.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the store/warehouse team.
Check products for damage, breakage, expiry (where applicable) and missing price labels.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper presentation of the floor.
Guide and supervise floor staff and allocate daily duties.
Assist customers with product selection and handle basic customer complaints professionally.
Ensure proper handling and protected display of crockery and other fragile items.
Monitor sales, fast-moving items and slow-moving stock.
Support stock counting, inventory checks and periodic stock audits.




Ensure compliance with store policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention practices.
Coordinate with the billing, purchase, warehouse and other departments when required.
Prepare or communicate daily issues, stock requirements and floor updates to the manager.

Skills & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in supermarket, retail or department-store operations.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory and stock handling.
Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
Valuable attention to product display and cleanliness.
Responsible, punctual and willing to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
