Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Aluminium Wire Rod plant operations, including production, quality and delivery.
Oversee casting, rolling, process efficiency and yield improvement.
Ensure safety, quality, ISO/QMS and environmental compliance.
Manage production planning, maintenance, machine uptime and raw material planning.
Lead hiring, training and performance management of plant teams.
Drive cost reduction, process optimization and waste minimization.
Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Sales and Corporate teams.
Prepare operational reports and ensure statutory compliance.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors/Diploma in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
8–10 years of experience in Aluminium manufacturing,



with Plant Manager/Senior Plant Leadership experience specifically in Aluminium Wire Rod manufacturing.
Mandatory experience in Continuous Casting & Rolling (CCR) lines.
Solid knowledge of Aluminium Alloys – 1XXX, 6XXX & 8XXX series.
Solid understanding of casting, rolling, plant machinery and production planning.
Experience in team management, hiring and training.
Solid leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Experience managing a plant of comparable scale/output.
