Pre-Contract Responsibilities
Cost Estimating: Prepare detailed cost plans, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and early budget forecasts from project drawings.
Tendering: Help analyze and evaluate tender proposals to select cost-effective contractors and suppliers.
Contract Preparation: Draft and negotiate main contracts, ensuring terms minimize risk and meet industry standards.

Post-Contract Responsibilities
Cost Control & Reporting: Monitor real-time project expenditures and update monthly Cost-Value Reconciliations (CVR).
Valuations & Payments: Review and certify interim contractor valuations, payment applications, and subcontractor invoices.
Variations & Claims: Identify, price,



and negotiate contract variation orders and third-party claims.
Final Accounts: Reconcile final project costs and settle final accounts with clients and subcontractors.

Management & Leadership
Team Supervision: Manage and mentor junior quantity surveyors and commercial support staff.
Stakeholder Relations: Act as the main link between clients, contractors, and site teams regarding financial updates or disputes

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
