We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Trainer with experience in sales, field sales operations, and training. The candidate will be responsible for training and coordinating with the field sales team, tracking sales performance, and providing market insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with field sales and marketing teams for regular sales updates and activities.
Track sales targets, achievements, product-wise and territory-wise performance.
Collect and analyze market feedback, customer requirements, competitor information, and sales data.
Prepare sales and market reports for management.
Monitor market trends, product movement, distribution, and sales prospects.
Follow up with field teams for timely reports, updates, and required information.
Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Field Teams, and Management.
Support the sales team with market insights and analysis to improve sales performance.
