Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage the entire production process of our vacuum bag manufacturing unit — from planning to dispatch — while ensuring quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Production planning & scheduling (daily/weekly/monthly targets)
Supervision of extrusion, lamination, printing, and sealing lines
Manpower planning, shift management, and productivity improvement
Raw material consumption and wastage control
Minimizing machine breakdowns; coordinating preventive maintenance
Maintaining quality parameters and minimizing customer complaints
Preparing production MIS reports in Excel for management
Supporting current product trials and process improvements




Ensuring safety norms and 5S implementation
Cross-department coordination (Purchase, Quality, Dispatch, HR)

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in plastic film/vacuum bag or adaptable packaging production
Knowledge of Extrusion/BOPP/Lamination machines
Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, MIS reporting)
Team handling capability (200 workers)
Valuable spoken English communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Education: Graduate (mandatory)

Preferred:
Background in packaging/Manufacturing industry
Experience with ISO/quality systems

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
