Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Overview The Senior Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role involves regular communication with potential clients and working closely with the sales team to achieve business and sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
Make multiple outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads through cold calling.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions and support.
Research potential leads through web searches, digital platforms, and other resources.
Maintain an updated database of prospective and existing clients.
Qualify leads generated through digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, and other sources.
Follow up with prospective clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
Present company services and relevant information to potential clients.
Respond to client queries and ensure timely follow-ups.




Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion and closing of sales.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance and prepare relevant reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities.

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in a sales-related role.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Positive customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
CRM experience will be an added advantage.
Solid follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Detail-oriented with valuable organizational and time-management skills.
