Ganganagar Motors is looking for a Service Engineer to provide technical support for tyre installation, maintenance, repair and related equipment. The role involves customer support, field visits, troubleshooting, service documentation and coordination with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Provide technical support for installation, maintenance and repair of tyres and related equipment.

· Diagnose and resolve customer complaints at customer sites and during service visits.

· Ensure proper functioning of equipment and recommend solutions for improved performance.

· Conduct field visits to assist customers and dealers.

· Maintain service records, reports and follow up on pending issues.

· Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.





Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred.

· Positive technical knowledge of tyres, vehicles and basic mechanical work.

· Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Good communication and customer-handling skills.

· 1–3 years of relevant experience; freshers can also apply.

· Valid driving licence for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers is mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
