We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who is more than just a developersomeone who can understand business requirements, think from the end-user and business perspective, and design practical Salesforce solutions.Key Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Working knowledge of Agentforce.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into solution/design approaches.
Robust solutioning and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in an Agile workplace, preferably within a small development team with ownership across analysis, design, and development.
Ability to think proactively about business needs, impacts, and potential solutions.
Solid communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
