Job Responsibilities:
Generate recent business leads through calls, visits, WhatsApp and networking.
Promote hotel rooms, spa services, restaurant, banquet and event packages.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.
Handle corporate, wedding, party and banquet inquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the front office, banquet and spa teams for customer requirements.
Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers within approved pricing.
Monitor competitors, market prospects and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Hindi and English communication preferred.
Sales/hospitality experience preferred.
Pay: ₹12,495.80 - ₹15,000.00 per month
