Job Summary:

The Service Engineer is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites. The role ensures timely service support, troubleshooting, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission machines/equipment at customer locations.
Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs.
Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
Maintain service reports and submit daily activity reports.
Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical support.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Maintain valuable customer relationships.

Required Skills:
Solid technical and troubleshooting skills.




Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems (as applicable).
Valuable communication skills.
Ability to travel as per job requirement.
Problem-solving ability.

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in service or maintenance (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Bhubaneswar Secretariate, Bhubaneswar, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
