Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and safely.
Review prescriptions for appropriate dosage, drug interactions, allergies, contraindications, and potential medication-related issues.
Provide patients with transparent instructions regarding medication dosage, administration, precautions, side effects, and storage.
Clarify prescription-related concerns with doctors when required.
Maintain accurate patient medication records and pharmacy documentation.
Monitor medication stock, expiry dates, storage conditions, and inventory levels.
Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines in accordance with applicable regulations.
Maintain records for controlled/scheduled medicines, where applicable.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff regarding patient medication requirements.




Assist in identifying and reporting adverse drug reactions or medication errors.
Educate patients about medication adherence and appropriate use of medicines.
Ensure the pharmacy/medicine area is clean, organized, and compliant with clinic policies.
Place orders for medicines and supplies and coordinate with authorized suppliers.
Check received medicines for quantity, quality, batch number, and expiry date.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and prescription information.
Follow all applicable pharmacy laws, skilled standards, and clinic procedures.
Perform other pharmacy-related duties assigned by clinic management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
