JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Calls - Complete the allotted calls daily in the Workshop/House calls.
Estimation - Estimation to be given as per spare Price list/Supervisors instruction.
Customer Satisfaction - Ensure customer satisfaction while rectifying the product.
Quality of work - Ensure positive quality of work so that repeat complaints do not come.
Conduct - Ensure company image is kept high by positive conduct.
Feedback - Give quality feedback to superiors.
Spare Parts Usage - To give proper account on usage of spares used in service.
Site Inspection & Site Selection for Solar, HP & SP - To inspect the site at customer place along with Sales Executive (HP& Solar) to select the right place for installation.
