Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production activities and achieve production, quality, cost and delivery targets.
Plan manpower, materials, machines and production schedules.
Lead shop-floor teams and ensure effective line utilization.
Monitor OEE, productivity, rejection, rework and downtime.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Maintenance, Stores and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and quality standards.
Identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions for improved productivity.

Preferred Skills
Experience in EV/automobile or auto-component manufacturing.
Solid shop-floor and team-management skills.
Knowledge of assembly processes, production planning, RCA and Lean practices.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
