Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor workers.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Maintain product quality and reduce defects.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with the production, stores, and dispatch teams.
Ensure machines and equipment are used safely.
Maintain daily production reports and attendance.
Follow safety and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace.
Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Positive leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team of workers.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
