Job Summary

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Daman

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Industry: Plastic

Responsibilities
Monitor daily machine output and identify causes of low productivity
Implement methods/process improvements to increase output and efficiency
Maintain hands-on floor knowledge of machine operations (injection/blow moulding for HDPE/PPCP)
Supervise machine operators and floor workers, ensuring adherence to production plans
Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs
Ensure quality standards are maintained during production runs
Track wastage/rejection rates and work on reduction strategies
Maintain production logs, shift reports, and output records
Ensure safety protocols are followed on the shop floor
Coordinate with Planning and Quality teams for smooth production flow.
