Key Responsibilities:
Operate SPMs as per defined Standard Work / Work Instruction
Monitor machine operations to detect issues and make necessary adjustments.
Learning and Assisting in Production
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machines to avoid downtime.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of production schedules.
Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.
Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
Conduct basic repairs and report any major technical issues to the maintenance team.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machine performance and minimize waste.
Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Educational Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Production
ITI in Fitter / Turner / Machinist /




Mechanical aptitude with valuable hand-eye coordination.
Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Basic understanding of tooling

Behavioural Requirements: -
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Strong analytical & problem-Solving skills.
5S Knowledge Familiarity with the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) for maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for machine operation.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Working Conditions:
The position requires working in shifts, including nights.
Standard Industry Working time
Standing during shift working time and lifting Industrial ergonomic allowable objects may be required.
