Senior Accountant

We are looking for a energetic and experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and has solid practical knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel.

The candidate should be hands-on, accurate, responsible, and comfortable working with large amounts of financial and operational data.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Handle accounting independently in Tally / Tally Prime.
Prepare and review sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliation, customer reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Handle GST-related accounting and assist with GST returns and reconciliations.
Manage TDS calculations, entries and related documentation.
Prepare monthly accounting reports and MIS.
Verify invoices, expenses and supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers and auditors when required.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation.





Required Skills Candidate should have strong practical knowledge of:
Tally / Tally Prime
Advanced Microsoft Excel
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
Excel formulas, calculations and data reconciliation
GST and TDS accounting
Bank reconciliation
Customer and vendor ledger reconciliation
MIS and financial reporting

Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Should be dynamic, proactive and capable of handling work independently.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
