Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants – Travel to manage customer inquiries and support bookings for our resorts and homestays. This opportunity is well-suited for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about the travel and hospitality industry and enjoy engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding resort and homestay bookings.
Provide detailed information on properties, pricing, and availability.
Assist customers with reservations and booking coordination.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate booking records and update reservation systems.
Ensure a polite, professional, and customer-friendly service experience at all times.

Skills & Qualifications
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales,



travel sales, customer service, or hospitality.
A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online booking tools).
Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Interest in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
