About the role

Drive end-to-end delivery and governance for one or more programs across JioMedia's digital media, streaming, news, education and enterprise portfolio. This is a delivery-and-governance role, NOT a Product Management role the Program Manager takes a product roadmap defined by the business/product owner and drives it to committed release timelines through disciplined planning, tracking and stakeholder governance.

Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end program delivery – release management, sprint governance, dependency tracking and go-live readiness
Establish and run program governance – delivery plan, release calendar, RAID log, status cadence and escalations
Drive Azure DevOps hygiene and portfolio reporting (Apex Monthly, Security Compliance, program dashboards)
Represent the program in executive reviews and business rhythms




Operate as an AI-native PM – use AI Tools for reporting, minutes, tracking and document generation

Must-haves
8–10 years of hands-on Program / Project / Delivery Management in consumer internet, OTT, digital media or large-scale B2C tech
Proven track record on multi-team, multi-vendor delivery programs with concurrent releases
Solid command of Agile / Scrum / Protected and Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira
Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional influence
Working fluency with AI copilots (Claude, GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot) – or a clear track record of rapid tool adoption

Valuable to have
Exposure to OTT / streaming, digital news, edtech or community platform.
