Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Wet Mill operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.
Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and process parameters.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and yield are achieved.
Supervise and guide operators and shift manpower.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Utility, and other departments for smooth operations.
Identify and resolve process and equipment-related issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, SOPs, and company policies.
Maintain shift-wise production, quality, and operational records.
Conduct proper shift handover and communicate key issues to the next shift.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce losses.
Preferred candidate profile
3 to 4 Years of experience in Starch & Derivatives/Liquid Glucose/ High-maltose corn syrup
Preferably looking for candidates from Karnataka region
