Role Description The PPC & Paid Social Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for planning, launching, and optimising pay-per-click and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, bid and budget management, and performance tracking against KPIs.

The executive will analyse campaign data, prepare reports with actionable insights, and collaborate with account managers, designers, and content teams to align paid efforts with overall marketing strategies. The role also involves staying up to date with platform changes, testing current features, and contributing ideas to improve ROI and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Strong skills in PPC campaign management, including keyword research, bid optimisation,



and budget allocation.
Experience with paid social advertising on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, or other relevant networks.
Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to measure and optimise performance.
Ability to create clear, compelling ad copy and collaborate with design and content teams on creatives.
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including conversion tracking and attribution.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
Previous experience in a digital agency or performance marketing role is preferred.
