About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AR Follow-Up Executive with strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, outstanding account resolution, denials, rejections, failures, and aged AR. Candidates with prior experience in Physician Billing and EPIC will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Perform timely and effective AR follow-up on outstanding US healthcare accounts.
Work extensively on aged/old AR and take appropriate action to recover outstanding balances.
Review account status, identify payment delays, and determine the appropriate follow-up action.
Handle denials, rejections, claim failures, inactive accounts, and other AR-related issues.
Contact insurance companies and other relevant stakeholders to obtain claim/payment status and resolve outstanding issues.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of follow-up activities and account status.
Ensure assigned accounts are worked within defined TAT and productivity requirements.
Analyze AR trends and identify recurring issues affecting collections.




Develop strong knowledge of assigned clients, specialties, billing processes, and Practice Management (PM) systems.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality while meeting productivity targets.
Escalate complex or unresolved accounts to the appropriate team/management.
Participate in team meetings, process discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow company policies, client guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies
Graduate in any discipline.
3+ years of relevant experience in US Healthcare AR Follow-Up / RCM.
Strong understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
Hands-on experience in AR follow-up and aged AR.
Positive understanding of denials, rejections, claim failures, and insurance follow-up.
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
