Role & responsibilities :
Should be capable of Understanding the Customer requirement & Preparing Feasibility
Able to prepare Welding information - Tact time, Cycle time calculation, Layout preparation, technical feasibility, FTG cost estimation.
Must be capable of quality proving of Parts on Welding Fixtures
Proficient in DAP, Complete project management, Follow up with Suppliers & Customer interaction.
Budget Preparation, Capex forecasting & resource Planning.
Software knowledge like AutoCAD / CATA/ CADPRO etc.
Valuable Knowledge of MIG welding/ Spot Welding/ Robots/ Welding Cell/ SPMs.
VAVE/ Process optimization/ Kaizen in running projects.
Creating & Using of Systems/ Standards/ Check sheet
Preferred candidate profile
Pre-series Project development activity
mechanical + welding process knowledge
welding process with min. 4 to 5 year experience.
