About the role fastrr Assist is Shiprocket's AI-powered chat and voice assistant helping D2C brands recover drop-offs and drive conversions at checkout. We're looking for a Sales Intern to join the GTM team and help build our outbound pipeline — this is a hands-on role for someone who wants real exposure to B2B SaaS sales in a rapid-growing product line.

Responsibilities
Connect with prospective D2C brands and merchants via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Qualify leads and schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM records accurately (Salesforce) — log every call, email, and touchpoint.




Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the funnel, from first contact to demo-ready.
Collect customer feedback and market insights from calls and share them with the product/GTM team.
Assist in preparing sales reports, call trackers, and performance dashboards.
Support outbound campaigns and partner-led business development initiatives.
Help test and refine outreach scripts/messaging based on what's converting.

What we're looking for
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Solid verbal and written communication skills — comfortable making cold calls.
Basic familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus, not required.
Self-starter, organized, and comfortable with targets and follow-through.
Interest in D2C/e-commerce and SaaS sales.

Nice to have
Prior internship or part-time experience in sales, telecalling, or business development.
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools.
