Monitoring of incoming inspection of parts along with associates.
Monitoring of receipt material inspection and preparation of inspection reports (domestic, CKD, SPD mechanical parts and job-work inspection).
Coordinate supplier PDI, 4M change and layout inspection; review monthly inspection reports received with each lot.
Prepare and maintain the incoming inspection register/tracker.
Handle line issues related to supplier parts.
Material clearance and rejection punching in SAP.
Inform suppliers of incoming/line rejections through mail.
Raise QAN to suppliers for defects reported at incoming/line, as per QAN criteria.
Conduct part layout inspection as per L3 drawing for current part development/localization and share reports with Sourcing/Supplier.
Implement TGR/TGW at supplier end during the development stage.
Supplier visits for recent model development.
Support assembly fitment trials for current parts.
Hand-hold associates for skill improvement and guide material inspection.
Work exposure and ability to prepare documents as per ISO and IATF requirements.
