We are looking for a Project Manager /Business Strategy Consultant to lead strategic consulting and transformation initiatives across business functions. The role will work closely with senior leadership and business teams to identify growth prospects, drive business transformation, improve operational efficiency, optimize costs, and execute strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead business transformation and digital transformation projects from strategy through implementation.
Develop and execute business strategy, growth strategy and GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies.
Conduct market, competitor, customer and business analysis to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
Drive cost optimization, process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.




Translate business problems into actionable strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
Manage cross-functional projects involving business, technology, operations, finance, sales and other stakeholders.
Develop business cases, financial models, project plans, KPIs and transformation roadmaps.
Identify process gaps and recommend automation, digitization and technology-enabled solutions.
Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, perks realization and overall delivery.
Prepare CXO-level presentations, dashboards, management reports and strategic recommendations.
Support change management and ensure successful adoption of current processes, systems and operating models.
