Role &

responsibilities :
Lead multidisciplinary engineering/EPCM projects from concept to commissioning.
Manage project schedule, cost, budget, and risk to ensure successful delivery.
Serve as the primary client interface and maintain solid stakeholder relationships.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and ensure quality compliance.
Drive project governance, performance tracking, and digital/AI-enabled execution.
Support proposal development, project planning, and business growth initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams.

Key Requirements:
Experience in Engineering Consultancy/EPCM projects.
Solid expertise in project management, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
Experience managing large multidisciplinary projects in Metals, Power, Mining, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industry.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and digital project management tools.
Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
