Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the quality of components, machines and finished products as per drawings, specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore dial Gauge, etc.
Inspect raw materials, machined parts, fabricated components and finished machines.
Perform in-process and final inspection as per drawings and specifications.
Check dimensions, tolerances and GD&T; using measuring instruments.
Identify and control quality issues, rejection and rework.
Coordinate with Production,



Design and Purchase teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor measuring instrument calibration and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
Maintain quality documentation and ensure timely completion of inspection activities.

Required Skills  Mechanical Drawing & GD&T;

 Pitch circle diameter(PCD) knowledge.

 Dial checking Inspection.

 Measuring Instruments

 Machining, Fabrication & Assembly Quality.

 Final Inspection.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
