Position: Manager – R&D;

Experience: 10+ Years

Ctc- upto 20 % hike on current ctc working days- 6 days (9 am-5:30 pm)

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Role & Responsibilities:
Lead design and development of VCB and MV Panels up to 33kV .
Handle product design, engineering, development, and technical documentation.
Manage type testing and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards.
Coordinate with production, quality, and testing teams for product development.
Improve existing products and develop recent electrical switchgear solutions.
Ensure designs meet performance, safety, quality, and industry requirements.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of VCB, MV Panels, and switchgear design .
Hands-on experience in design, development, and type testing up to 33kV .
Solid technical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in leading R&D;/product development activities.
