Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Quality Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
Perform Incoming Quality Inspection of raw materials and components.
Conduct In-Process Quality Inspection and monitor product quality.
Perform Layout Inspection as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
Identify quality issues and coordinate with the concerned team for corrective actions.
Maintain inspection reports and quality-related documents.
Communicate effectively with production, suppliers,
and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and requirements.
Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of Incoming & Process Quality Inspection.
Positive knowledge of measuring instruments.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of Layout Inspection.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Work location - Ponneri Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
