Role purpose:

To lead and oversee the residential projects planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects, ensuring quality, cost, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Review contractor bills, BOQs, cost estimates, and project expenditures.
Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.




Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings with stakeholders.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
Prepare and present project status reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile
12 to 18 years of experience in real estate/construction project management.
Proven experience in handling high-rise residential.
Robust knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, quality control, and contractor management.
Experience in coordinating with consultants, architects, vendors, and statutory authorities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
