Inspect CNC/VMC/HMC machine components as per drawings and quality standards.
Perform in-process and final inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
Check dimensions, tolerances, surface finish and other quality parameters.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Identify defects and coordinate with Production for corrective actions.
Follow 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC tools, CAPA and basic quality procedures.
Support rejection analysis and reduce machining defects.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
