10+ years of overall experience in Supply Chain Planning/Management, with minimum 1year solid hands-on experience in o9 Solutions.
Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain transformation and implementation projects using o9.
Robust understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP;/IBP, Inventory Planning, Production Planning, MRP and Supply Chain Control Tower.
Lead projects from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, hypercare and production support.
Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors and business users across the complete project lifecycle.
Experience in o9 implementation/u
pgrade projects, including integration with ERP and other enterprise systems.
Robust knowledge of o9 platform architecture, workflows, planning models,



KPIs, analytics and integration capabilities.
Drive project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate with business, functional, technical and integration teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Experience in Agile/Scrum project management, sprint planning, status reporting and issue/risk management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
