Role: Italian & Spanish Language SME

Experience: Relevant experience in Italian/Spanish language process

Language Requirement: B2 level certification mandatory

Notice Period: Maximum 30 days

Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Italian and Spanish language processes.
Provide language and process support to team members and operations.
Handle complex language-related queries and provide accurate resolutions.
Ensure quality and accuracy of customer interactions/content in Italian and Spanish.
Support training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members.
Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and language guidelines.
Conduct quality checks and provide feedback to improve overall process performance.




Coordinate with internal teams to resolve language/process-related issues.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Maintain compliance with defined process and quality standards.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish at B2 level.
Valid B2 language certification is mandatory.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Positive understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace.
SME, quality, training, or operations experience will be an advantage.
Candidates should be willing to work from Bangalore.
Notice period: 30 days or less preferred.
