Position overview

Location - Remote.

We are looking for SAP FICO Functional resource with positive hands-on experience in designing,

configuration, testing and production support activities.

Roles & Responsibilities and required skills:
Work with onsite FICO team in managing support and delivery for the SAP FICO stream.
Coordinate with various other teams to understand the possible cross-functional impacts and mitigate risks.
Analyze incident trends, and design solutions to address root causes and improve the system. Work with the team to develop, test, and implement these solutions.
Participate in deployment for change requests to production and post deployment support.
Update system documentation and training documents/user manual for projects
Strong in business processes & technical skills (SAP FI/CO configuration)
Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectations.
Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly.
Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
Drive a higher level of customer satisfaction by improving support team quality, knowledge,





and training.

Eligibility
7 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
Effective Verbal and written communication.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Profit Centre & Cost Centre Accounting,

Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.
Solid knowledge of integration between logistics / Sales and Production modules with

FI/CO.
Exposure to interfaces /data extracts techniques.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading or coordinating small to medium projects in SAP

FICO.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design, development, and implementation of SAP FI CO modules and have assisted multiple SAP rollouts with at least 3 end to end SAP implementations.
Experience and proficiency in configuration of the following FICO modules ECC 6.0& S4
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable documentation skills using MS Office applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
