Responsibilities Senior Finance Manager
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Prepare and present monthly MIS, management reports, and financial dashboards.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance against budgets.
Conduct project-wise costing, margin analysis, and profitability tracking.
Review project budgets, actual costs, resource costs, and cost-to-completion.
Monitor project revenue, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements.
Monitor accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and outstanding balances.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Ensure accuracy of accounting records, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and financial statements.
Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes, and approval mechanisms.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, internal auditors,



and external advisors.
Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation and control measures.
Support international finance operations, intercompany transactions, and overseas entity reporting.
Provide financial evaluation and commercial insights for recent projects and business prospects.
Partner with Production, Operations, HR, Business Development, and senior management teams.
Provide data-driven financial insights to support management decision-making.
Drive finance process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies.
Monitor and improve finance systems, ERP, MIS, and reporting processes.
Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
Ensure timely completion of finance deliverables and adherence to internal timelines.
Support senior management in strategic financial planning and business decisions.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial and business information.
