– RESTAURANT MANAGER

Department: Food & Beverage (F&B;)

Position: Restaurant Manager

Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager

Job Purpose To manage the overall restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, maintain service and hygiene standards, control costs, and lead the F&B; team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
Ensure smooth and effective restaurant service.
Welcome guests and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
Supervise Captains, Stewards, GREs, and other F&B; staff.
Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and schedules.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.




Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational instructions to the team.
Ensure proper table setup, service procedures, and restaurant presentation.
Monitor food and beverage quality and guest feedback.
Handle guest complaints professionally and take appropriate corrective action.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Stores, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments.

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
