Role & responsibilities
Qualification: Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering background with relevant QA/QC experience.
Project Experience: Experience in industrial/infrastructure projects involving civil structures, buildings and machinery/equipment installation. Ropeway/heavy engineering experience preferred.
BU Quality: Overall responsibility for QA/QC functions across the Ropeway BU and project sites.
QMS &
Documentation: Develop and maintain QMS, Quality Plans, ITPs, SOPs, Method Statements, checklists and inspection formats, and update them based on project requirements.
Quality Control: Ensure quality compliance across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and ropeway installation works.
Material &
Vendor Quality: Establish inspection/testing requirements and monitor material, equipment and vendor quality.
NCR: Manage NCRs, root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions and timely closure.




Audits &
Compliance: Conduct internal/site quality audits and ensure compliance with applicable IS/EN/CEN standards, specifications and statutory requirements.
Subcontractor Quality: Monitor and audit contractor/subcontractor QA/QC performance.
ISO: Lead ISO implementation, certification, surveillance and recertification for the Ropeway BU/projects.
Site Support: Conduct periodic site inspections, resolve quality issues and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Training &
Reporting: Conduct quality training and provide quality MIS/dashboard to BU leadership.
Coordination: Coordinate with central QAQC team for all technical matters and support the site in resolving technical issues.
