We are looking for an experienced Principal Java Architect with 12+ years of expertise in designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead architecture initiatives, drive technical strategy, and mentor engineering teams while building high-performance microservices-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
Define and drive the architecture roadmap for enterprise-scale applications.
Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Build scalable, secure, and highly available distributed systems.
Develop event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Drive CI/CD adoption, containerization, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
Ensure application security, resilience, and performance optimization.
Mentor engineers and architects, fostering technical excellence across teams.
