Director / AVP – Sales (Product Engineering & ER&D; Services)

The role

We are hiring a Director / AVP – Sales to own new-logo acquisition and revenue growth for our engineering services business.

You will sell multi-year engineering programmes — ODC, onsite/offshore, fixed-price and T&M; — into the R&D; and engineering organisations of product companies, OEMs and global capability centres.

What you'll own
A recent-logo target and a revenue number
Origination to closure — pipeline, pursuit, negotiation, PO
CXO, VP Engineering and CTO relationships at product OEMs and GCCs
Techno-commercial proposals built with delivery and practice teams: scope, effort, engagement model, pricing
Account expansion once logos are landed

What we're looking for
12–22 years total, with a recent, sustained track record selling engineering services — ER&D;,



product engineering, outsourced product development. Not products, licences, hardware or IT/application services
Domain depth in one or more of: medical devices and healthcare technology, embedded systems, industrial automation, semiconductor, storage/cloud and enterprise IT
Strongest preference: medical devices or healthcare technology, combined with a working understanding of embedded, industrial automation or product engineering services
Recent-logo wins you can talk through — customer, deal value, engagement model, what you personally did to open it
Comfortable selling to an engineering buyer rather than a CIO
